American Medical Billing works purely on a contingency basis. We work harder
to collect your money since WE DON’T GET PAID UNTIL YOU DO! Depending on
the volume of your practice and the services you request, AMB will charge a
percentage of the total amount collected. |
How long does it take to set up a new provider/client with AMB?
AMB begins working on your account immediately. Generally, it takes about one day
for the appropriate “approvals” to submit electronically with AMB. |
How do we get information to AMB?
Currently, AMB receives data via email, US mail, fax, messenger services. |
What is the normal turnaround time to process/submit our claims?
Within 1-2 Business Days. |
How often does AMB call insurance companies for non-payment of claims?
AMB isolates your unpaid claims which are 45 days old and calls the appropriate insurance company to check on the status of your claim. |
Where do our patients call with questions about their bills?
